We are pleased to offer Customers Free shipping within the contiguous U.S. While we love bulk orders of our Product, we do limit it to one Discount or Promo Code per transaction. FlowGo reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

Please note that Discounts and Promo Codes have additional Terms & Conditions, outlined in their respective sections below. All Products, Discounts and Promo Codes are subject to availability and while supplies last. Promo Codes, and Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases made before the promotional period. Products, Discounts, and Promo Codes do not include shipping, fees, taxes, or any other additional charges, unless explicitly stated. Discounts, and Promo Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged.

FlowGo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Customers and to decline or revoke the Product, Promo Code, or Discount if any fraudulent activity is suspected. By purchasing and using the Product, Promo Code, and Discount, Customers agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Discounts and Promo Codes

Discounts and Promo Codes are subject to FlowGo’s Standard Details in addition to these conditions. Discounts and Promo Codes only apply to selected products/categories as mentioned in the email, promotion, or on the Product Detail Page (PDP). Discounts and Promo Codes are applicable only once per customer and per transaction. In cases where the Product was purchased using a Discount or Promo Code are returned, the refund will be for the amount actually paid.

Damaged Upon Delivery, Order Issues/Missing Accessories, Defective Products

Damaged Upon Delivery

Please inspect your Order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your order was received in subpar conditions or damaged upon delivery. Email us at support@getflowgo.com with the subject line: Order Issue. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Issues / Missing Accessories

When unpacking your Product, please carefully check the contents to make sure that all items are accounted for. If you notice your order is inaccurate or incomplete, please notify us immediately at support@getflowgo.com with the subject line: Order Issue. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective Product

We work hard to ensure that your product works as it should, however we understand that it might not be the situation in every case. If upon installing your Product you encounter the product not working properly, please notify us immediately at support@getflowgo.com with the subject line: Product Defective. Please include photos and a description of the issue. Note that Defective Products may also be handled under the Warranty. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return & Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Pre Orders

All Pre Order payments and orders that have not shipped are eligible for a complete refund. Email support@getflowgo.com with the subject line Pre Order Cancellation and provide your order number in the subject line. If the order has not yet shipped, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. In cases where the Product purchased was using a Discount or Promo Code are returned, the refund will be for the amount actually paid. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received a Refund within 7-10 working days, first check your bank account or credit card company as it may take some to post. If after checking with your bank and credit card company and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@getflowgo.com with the subject line: Refund Status. If your Product has already shipped out of our facilities, please follow the procedures outlined under Return & Refund of Product.

Return & Refund of Product

At FlowGo, we want to make your life easier. Our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help. Upon receipt of the purchased Product, you have 30 days to request a Return and Refund. To be eligible for a Return and Refund, the Product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging and all accessories. Items that are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted.

To start a Return & Refund, please email us at support@getflowgo.com with the subject line: Return & Refund. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your Product. If you do not have your order number, we will accept a Receipt as Proof of Purchase. Once we receive the returned Product, we will inspect all items and notify you of the status of your refund. If the Product meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued for the full purchase price of the Product. In cases where the Product was purchased using a Discount or Promo Code, the refund will be for the amount actually paid. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed. If you haven’t received a Refund within 7-10 working days, first check your bank account or credit card company as it may take some to post.
