The Service is accessible locally and remotely through Wi-Fi and a mobile application (the “App”). You may access, correct, or update the Customer information we have on file. Customers can request the deletion of their personal data or opt-out in compliance with regulations. You may unsubscribe from Marketing emails by following the directions in those communications. Please note that when you opt out of Marketing, you may still receive communications regarding your use of the Product, Service, App, Account, and Support. Regional, Local and State laws may grant you additional rights. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request by contacting us directly at support@getflowgo.com. You may be required to verify your identity before we fulfill your request. You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by submitting a signed, written authorization.
Under California law, online service providers must say in their privacy policies how they respond to “do not track” settings that users can set in their browser software. Currently, we do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals as there is no established industry standard, implementation, or solution. FlowGo will consider amendments to this policy.
