Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and freight fee

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In addition to shipping charges, a freight fee will be applied based on factors such as package size, weight, destination, and shipping speed. Here are some examples of freight fee calculations for shipments within the United States:

  1. Standard Shipping within the Continental U.S.
    For a small package weighing 5 lbs or less: $10 flat fee.
    For a medium-sized package weighing between 5-20 lbs: $15 flat fee.
    For a large package weighing over 20 lbs: $25 flat fee.
  2. Expedited Shipping within the Continental U.S.
    Flat fee of $20 plus $2 for every additional pound over 5 lbs.
  3. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
    A surcharge of $20 is applied to standard shipping rates due to the additional distance.
  4. Shipping to Remote Areas
    For shipments to remote areas or locations with limited accessibility, an additional fee of $30 or more may be applied to cover extra handling and transportation costs.
  5. Bulk Orders
    For bulk orders exceeding 100 lbs, freight fees are calculated based on weight and volume, with discounts available for larger quantities.

Delivery efficiency: The standard shipping method used for most Orders within the United States typically delivers packages within 3-15 days after sending, subject to variations based on shipping service, distance, and product availability.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

FLOWGO ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FLOWGO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

FLOWGO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
