FlowGo (“FlowGo, “The company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells Electric Vehicle chargers (the “Product”) available online through merchants and www.getflowgo.com (collectively defined as the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, app, products, and services, including our at-home EV charger FlowGo Home (the “Product”). By accessing or using FlowGo’s website (the “Site”) or purchasing our Product (the “Purchase”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any policies (the “Policy,” “Policies”) outlined on our Site. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and FlowGo.

By using FlowGo’s Site or with the Purchase of our Product, you agree to abide by these Terms as well as any other guidelines, rules, or Policies we may publish on our Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of FlowGo.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or Purchase any FlowGo Products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Product is intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial use. By purchasing the Product you agree to use it only for its intended purpose.

Pricing: All prices for FlowGo Products are listed on the Site. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your Purchase is final.
Payment: You must provide valid payment information at the time of Purchase. By placing an order, you authorize FlowGo to charge the provided payment method for the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and installation costs (if applicable).
Order Acceptance: FlowGo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Purchase at any time, including those placed for Products that are listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate product information.

Shipping Terms: All shipping times and methods are estimated and subject to change. FlowGo is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control. We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier.

7. warranty

FlowGo offers a 3-year limited warranty on all FlowGo products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For full warranty details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

8. installation and use

Installation: Professional installation costs are not covered by FlowGo. Improper installation, failure to follow installation guidelines, or unauthorized modifications to the Product may void the warranty and result in personal injury or property damage, for which FlowGo is not responsible. FlowGo recommends professional installation of our EV chargers by a certified electrician. FlowGo is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur due to improper installation, failure to follow provided guidelines, or use of the Product.
Use of Product: FlowGo Home is intended for home use only. Any unauthorized use, modification, or misuse of the Product may void your warranty and result in personal injury or property damage.

9. intellectual property

All content on the FlowGo Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of FlowGo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of the content without our prior written consent. By submitting any content (including reviews, feedback, or suggestions to the Site, you grant FlowGo a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content. FlowGo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
